In Awareness Through Movement® classes, you will explore moving, thinking, sensing, and imagining to reveal new possibilities for ease in action. In each class, the teacher guides you in gentle movement and awareness activities, building your ability to feel the details of your inner movement map.

ATM® class is online!
These classes are open to anyone, no experience is necessary, and you may begin any time. Lessons on Monday and Friday will be different, but complimentary, so it’s an easy way to get more Feldenkrais in your life!
To participate, you'll need:
a quiet space to lie down
perhaps a towel or two for support
loose, comfortable clothing that lets you move and breathe easily
a way to connect: phone, tablet or computer
Sign in at the appointed time, and aim your device camera to show as much of yourself as is feasible in your space. Being on camera isn't required, but it does help me out to see you, especially if you are new to the class.
